It is estimated that Yesu was 21.5 years old when Tiberius began to reign in August 14 CE. Yesu's age is calculated from the beginning of Spring of 7 BCE to the end of winter in 1 BCE (i.e. 7 Years), plus (1 Year) for "Year Zero," plus (13.5 Years) from the beginning of Spring of 1 CE to August of 14 CE.
