THE FIRST CRESCENT NEW MOON IS A HOLY DAY
Yesu (Jesus) Observed The New Moon
The Holy Scriptures tell us that a matter is established on the testimony of two or three witnesses, and we will provide the witnesses who confirm that the waxing Crescent New Moon Day begins the Months and is a Day of Worship:
Deuteronomy 19:15 One witness shall not rise against a man concerning any iniquity or any sin that he commits; by the Mouth of Two or Three Witnesses the Matter Shall Be Established.
The Holy Scriptures, Yesu (Jesus), the Pharisees, Philo, and Josephus are Five Witnesses that confirm that the sighting of the Crescent New Moon begins the First Day of the New Year, the First Day of each Month, the First Day of the Four Seasons, and the First Day to begin the 15 Day count to the Spring and Autumn Holy Days. Yesu kept the New Moon Feasts and the Annual Holy Days, just as all the prophets did before him. It was the general understanding in Palestine that New Moon Day meant Crescent New Moon Day.
- The waxing Crescent New Moon is the "Sign" calling Yahweh’s people to go and worship, and the Points or Horns of the New Moon symbolize the "Horns of the Altar:"
Exodus 29:12 And shall take part of the blood of the bull and put it upon the Horns of the Altar with your finger, and the rest of the blood you shall pour out at the base of the Altar.
Exodus 37:25 He made the Altar of incense of acacia wood; its length was a cubit, and its breadth was a cubit; it was square, and two cubits was its height; its Horns were of one piece with it.
Leviticus 4:7 And the priest shall put some of the blood on the Horns of the Altar of fragrant incense before YHWH which is in the tent of meeting, and the rest of the blood of the bull he shall pour out at the base of the Altar of burnt offering which is at the door of the tent of meeting.
Leviticus 4:18 And he shall put some of the blood on the Horns of the Altar which is in the tent of meeting before YHWH; and the rest of the blood he shall pour out at the base of the Altar of burnt offering which is at the door of the tent of meeting.
Leviticus 4:25 Then the priest shall take some of the blood of the sin offering with his finger and put it on the Horns of the Altar of burnt offering, and pour out the rest of its blood at the base of the Altar of burnt offering.
Leviticus 4:30 And the priest shall take some of its blood with his finger and put it on the Horns of the Altar of burnt offering, and pour out the rest of its blood at the base of the Altar.
Leviticus 4:34 Then the priest shall take some of the blood of the sin offering with his finger and put it on the Horns of the Altar of burnt offering, and pour out the rest of its blood at the base of the Altar.
Leviticus 8:15 And Moses killed it, and took the blood, and with his finger put it on the Horns of the Altar round about, and purified the altar, and poured out the blood at the base of the Altar, and consecrated it, to make atonement for it.
Leviticus 9:9 And the sons of Aaron presented the blood to him, and he dipped his finger in the blood and put it on the Horns of the Altar, and poured out the blood at the base of the Altar;
Leviticus 16:18 Then he shall go out to the Altar which is before YHWH and make atonement for it, and shall take some of the blood of the bull and of the blood of the goat, and put it on the Horns of the Altar round about.
After the Romans destroyed the Second Temple in 70 CE (about 30 years after Yesu's death), the Rabbis began to write down the temple rituals in order to preserve them, and these writings were included in the Mishnah (the first part of the Talmud), and the Mishnah was completed around 200 CE. The Mishnah explains that the New Moon Day was determined by the observance of the Crescent New Moon. The Mishnah also explains how the Beth Din (the Sanhedrin Supreme Court) would examine the eye witnesses, who observed the Crescent New Moon, to see if the witnesses' testimonies were true. It clearly shows that the witnesses were observing the sky to see the appearance of the young Crescent New Moon that first appears after the conjunction. When the Gemara portion of the Talmud was completed around 500 CE, it instituted many new laws that resulted from Rabbinic debates, and the law of observing the Crescent New Moon was changed to keeping the calculated Dark Moon (the conjunction):
MISHNAH by Michael Rodkinson - ROSH HASHANA Chapter II
"How were the witnesses examined? The first pair were examined first. The elder was introduced first, and they said to him: Tell us in what form thou sawest the moon; was it before or behind the sun? Was it to the north or the south (of the sun)? What was its elevation on the horizon? Towards which side was its inclination? What was the width of its disk? If he answered before the sun, his evidence was worthless. After this they introduced the younger (witness) and he was examined; if their testimony was found to agree, it was accepted as valid; the remaining pairs (of witnesses) were asked leading questions, not because their testimony was necessary, but only to prevent them departing, disappointed, and to induce them to come again often."
Rabban Gamaliel had on a tablet, and on a wall of his upper room, illustrations of the various phases of the moon, which he used to show to the common people, saying: "Did you see the moon like this figure or like this?"
Yesu the Messiah said that the Pharisees know how to "Interpret the Appearence of the Earth and Sky," for determining the New Moon and Annual Holy Days:
Luke 12:56 You hypocrites! You Know How To Interpret The Appearance of Earth and Sky; but why do you not know how to interpret the present time?
The Crescent New Moon sets the First Day of the Month in Yahweh's Calendar. The Book of Enoch verifies that the First Day of the Month is called the New Moon, because this is the day that light first appears on the moon:
BOOK OF ENOCH, Chapter 78
(12) And on the First Day she is called the New Moon, for on that day the light rises upon her.
Philo Judaeus of Alexandria (20 BCE - 50 CE), who was Jew that was living during Yesu's lifetime is another witness that verified that the Crescent New Moon Day was observed and is a Sacred Day that begins the month:
PHILO - THE DECALOGUE
XXX. (159) And in speaking of the seventh here, I mean both that which is combined with the number six, the most generative of all numbers, and also that which, without being combined with the number six, is added to it, being made to resemble the unit, each of which numbers is reckoned among the festivals; for the lawgiver refers to the term, the "Sacred Festival" of the New Moon, which the people give notice of with trumpets,
THE SPECIAL LAWS, I
(182) For he thought that the same reason governed the relation of the new moon to the month which governed the relation of the seven days of the feast to the equinox that took place in the seventh month. As a result he declared sacred both "the beginning of each month" and the beginning, consisting of the same number of days as the new moons, of the aggregate seven months. (183) In the middle of spring the harvest takes place during which season thank offerings are offered to God from the field because it has produced fruit in abundance and the crops are being harvested. This feast is the most publicly celebrated feast and is called "the feast of the first produce," named etymologically from the circumstance that the first of the produce, the first fruits, are dedicated at that time.
PHILO - THE SPECIAL LAWS, II
XI. (41) Now there are ten festivals in number, as the law sets them down.
The first is that which any one will perhaps be astonished to hear called a festival. This festival is every day.
The second festival is the seventh day, which the Hebrews in their native language call the sabbath.
The third is that which comes "after" the conjunction, which happens on the day of the new moon in each month.
XXVI. (140) Following the order which we have adopted, we proceed to speak of the third festival, that of the new moon. First of all, because it is the beginning of the month, and the beginning, whether of number or of time, is honourable. Secondly, because at this time there is nothing in the whole of heaven destitute of light. (141) Thirdly, because at that period the more powerful and important body gives a portion of necessary assistance to the less important and weaker body; for, at the time of the new moon, the sun begins to illuminate the moon with a light which is visible to the outward senses, and then she displays her own beauty to the beholders. And this is, as it seems, an evident lesson of kindness and humanity to men, to teach them that they should never grudge to impart their own good things to others, but, imitating the heavenly bodies, should drive envy away and banish it from the Soul.
The Holy Scriptures tell us that Yesu and his family kept the Feasts of the Jews and that Yesu taught at the Feasts, and the Feast Days were determined from the Crescent New Moon Day:
Luke 2:41-42 (41) Now his parents went to Jerusalem every year at the feast of the Passover. (42) And when he was twelve years old, they went up according to custom;
John 2:23-24 (23) Now when he was in Jerusalem at the Passover feast, many believed in his name when they saw the signs which he did; (24) but Yesu did not trust himself to them,
John 4:44-45 (44) For Yesu himself testified that a prophet has no honor in his own country. (45) So when he came to Galilee, the Galileans welcomed him, having seen all that he had done in Jerusalem at the feast, for they too had gone to the feast.
John 5:1 After this there was a feast of the Jews, and Yesu went up to Jerusalem.
John 7:14 About the middle of the feast Yesu went up into the temple and taught.
John 7:37 On the last day of the feast, the Great Day, Yesu stood up and proclaimed, "If any one thirst, let him come to me and drink.
John 13:29 Some thought that, because Judas had the money box, Yesu was telling him, "Buy what we need for the feast"; or, that he should give something to the poor.
The Holy Scriptures also show that the Crescent New Moon Day is a Holy Day where people came together to Worship Yahweh and to give Him offerings. The Crescent New Moon Day is not one of the Six Working Days, so Buying and Selling was not done on the New Moon Day:
Amos 8:4-6 (4) Hear this, I beseech you, ye who every morning oppress the needy, and by your tyranny drive the poor from the land, (5) saying, When will the new moon be over that we may buy? And the sabbaths, that we may open store? to make the measure small, and the weight heavy, and to make the balance uneven, (6) that we may purchase the poor for silver, and the needy for a pair of sandals, when from every kind of product we shall have made gain.
Isaiah 66:23 From new moon to new moon, and from sabbath to sabbath, all flesh shall come to worship before me says YHWH.
Ezekiel 46:1 Thus says YHWH God: The gate of the inner court that faces east shall be shut the the six working days; but on the day of the sabbaths it must be opened and on the day of the new moon it shall be opened.
Ezekiel 46:3 The people of the land shall worship at the entrance of that gate before YHWH on the sabbaths and on the new moons.
The Crescent New Moon Day is Not a Solemn Rest Day like the weekly and annual Sabbaths, but it is a Holy Day to Congregate and Worship Yahweh, to give offerings, and to hear the words of the Prophets. Working at an employment site, and buying and selling was not done on the New Moon Day. However, since the New Moon is not a solumn rest day, traveling, building, cleaning, temple work and getting Yahweh's house in order was permitted on this day:
Genesis 8:13 And it came to pass in the six hundredth and first year, in the first month, the first day of the month, the waters were dried up from off the earth: and Noah removed the covering of the ark, and looked, and, behold, the face of the ground was dry.
Exodus 40:2 On the first day of the first month shalt thou set up the tabernacle of the tent of the congregation.
Exodus 40:17 And it came to pass in the first month in the second year, on the first day of the month, that the tabernacle was reared up.
Numbers 1:1 And YHWH spake unto Moses in the wilderness of Sinai, in the tabernacle of the congregation, on the first day of the second month, in the second year after they were come out of the land of Egypt
Numbers 1:18 And they assembled all the congregation together on the first day of the second month, and they declared their pedigrees after their families, by the house of their fathers, according to the number of the names, from twenty years old and upward, by their polls.
Deuteronomy 1:3 And it came to pass in the fortieth year, in the eleventh month, on the first day of the month, that Moses spake unto the children of Israel, according unto all that YHWH had given him in commandment unto them;
2 Kings 4:22-23 (22) Then she called to her husband, and said, "Send me one of the servants and one of the asses, that I may quickly go to the man of God, and come back again." (23) And he said, "Why will you go to him today? It is neither new moon nor sabbath." She said, "It will be well."
2 Chronicles 29:17 Now they began on the first day of the first month to sanctify, and on the eighth day of the month came they to the porch of YHWH: so they sanctified the house of YHWH in eight days; and in the thirteenth day of the first month they made an end.
Ezra 7:9 For upon the first day of the first month began he to go up from Babylon, and on the first day of the fifth month came he to Jerusalem, according to the good hand of his God upon him.
Ezra 10:16 And the children of the captivity did so. And Ezra the priest, with certain chief of the fathers, after the house of their fathers, and all of them by their names, were separated, and sat down in the first day of the tenth month to examine the matter.
Ezra 10:17 And they made an end with all the men that had taken strange wives by the first day of the first month.
Nehemiah 8:2 And Ezra the priest brought the law before the congregation both of men and women, and all that could hear with understanding, upon the first day of the seventh month.
The Holy Scriptures show that there were many burnt-offerings made on every Crescent New Moon Day and that the King went to the Temple to worship Yahweh and he offered burnt offerings at the altar, just as he did on every Seventh Day and every Feast Day. There were more burnt offerings made to Yahweh on the New Moon Day (13) then on the Seventh Day (4), Numbers 28:1-15. The amount of New Moon Offerings were equal to the Offerings made on each of the seven days of Passover, and on the day of First Fruits, and on the day of Atonement (13 burnt offerings per day). The Scriptures discuss the New Moons together with the Seventh Day Sabbaths and Feast Days to show that Yahweh's Holy Days occur Weekly, Monthly, and Annually:
Numbers 10:10 Also in the day of your gladness, and in your appointed seasons, and in your new moons, ye shall blow with the trumpets over your burnt-offerings, and over the sacrifices of your peace-offerings; and they shall be to you for a memorial before your God: I am YHWH your God.
Numbers 28:11-15 (11) And in your new moons ye shall present a burnt-offering unto YHWH: two young bullocks, and one ram, seven he-lambs of the first year without blemish; (12) and three tenth parts of an ephah of fine flour for a meal-offering, mingled with oil, for each bullock; and two tenth parts of fine flour for a meal-offering, mingled with oil, for the one ram; (13) and a several tenth part of fine flour mingled with oil for a meal-offering unto every lamb; for a burnt-offering of a sweet savour, an offering made by fire unto YHWH. (14) And their drink-offerings shall be half a hin of wine for a bullock, and the third part of a hin for the ram, and the fourth part of a hin for a lamb. This is the burnt offering of every new moon throughout the months of the year. (15) And one he-goat for a sin-offering unto YHWH; it shall be offered beside the continual burnt-offering, and the drink-offering thereof.
Nehemiah 10:32-33 (32) We also lay upon ourselves the obligation to charge ourselves yearly with the third part of a shekel for the service of the house of our God: (33) for the showbread, the continual cereal offering, the continual burnt offering, the sabbaths, the new moons, the appointed feasts, the holy things, and the sin offerings to make atonement for Israel, and for all the work of the house of our God.
Ezekiel 45::17 Then it shall be the prince's part to give burnt offerings, grain offerings, and drink offerings, at the feasts, the New Moons, the Sabbaths, and at all the appointed seasons of the house of Israel. He shall prepare the sin offering, the grain offering, the burnt offering, and the peace offerings to make atonement for the house of Israel.
Ezekiel 46:6-7 (6) And in the day of the new moon it shall be a young bullock without blemish; and six lambs, and a ram; they shall be without blemish; (7) and he shall prepare a meal-offering, an ephah for the bullock, and an ephah for the ram, and for the lambs according as his means suffice, and a hin of oil to an ephah.
1 Chronicles 23:30-31 (30) and to stand every morning to thank and praise YHWH, and likewise at even; (31) and to offer all burnt-offerings unto YHWH, on the sabbaths, on the new moons, and in the appointed seasons, in number according to the ordinance concerning them, continually, before YHWH;
2 Chronicles 2:4 Behold, I am about to build a house for the name of YHWH my God and dedicate it to him for the burning of incense of sweet spices before him, and for the continual offering of the showbread, and for burnt offerings morning and evening, on the sabbaths and the new moons and the appointed feasts of YHWH our God, as ordained for ever for Israel.
2 Chronicles 8:12-13 (12) And Solomon offered burnt-offerings unto YHWH on the altar of YHWH, which he had built before the porch, (13) even as the duty of every day required, offering according to the commandment of Moses, on the sabbaths, and on the new moons, and on the appointed seasons, three times in the year, even in the feast of unleavened bread, and in the feast of weeks, and in the feast of tabernacles.
2 Chronicles 31:3 The contribution of the king from his own possessions was for the burnt offerings: the burnt offerings of morning and evening, and the burnt offerings for the sabbaths, the new moons, and the appointed feasts, as it is written in the law of YHWH.
Ezra 3:5 And afterward offered the continual burnt offering, both of the new moons, and of all the set feasts of YHWH that were consecrated, and of every one that willingly offered a freewill offering unto YHWH.
Flavius Josephus (37 CE-100 CE) also shows that the High Priest was always at the Altar on the Crescent New Moon Days, and that many sacrifices were performed, just as they were on the Sabbaths and Annual Holy Days.
JOSEPHUS - ANTIQUITIES OF THE JEWS-BOOK III
CHAPTER 10:1 The law requires, that out of the public expenses a lamb of the first year be killed every day, at the beginning and at the ending of the day; but on the seventh day, which is called the Sabbath, they kill two, and sacrifice them in the same manner. At the new moon, they both perform the daily sacrifices, and slay two bulls, with seven lambs of the first year, and a kid of the goats also, for the expiation of sins; that is, if they have sinned through ignorance.
JOSEPHUS - THE WARS OF THE JEWS - BOOK V
CHAPTER 5:7 Now all those of the stock of the priests that could not minister by reason of some defect in their bodies, came within the partition, together with those that had no such imperfection, and had their share with them by reason of their stock, but still made use of none except their own private garments; for nobody but he that officiated had on his sacred garments; but then those priests that were without any blemish upon them went up to the altar clothed in fine linen. They abstained chiefly from wine, out of this fear, lest otherwise they should transgress some rules of their ministration. The high priest did also go up with them; not always indeed, but on the seventh days and new moons, and if any festivals belonging to our nation, which we celebrate every year, happened.
The New Moon observers would begin to look for the Crescent New Moon after sunset, at the beginning of the 29th day of the month. If the New Moon was not sighted, they would observe the sky again after sunset at the beginning of the 30th day. If the New Moon was still not sighted at the beginning of the 30th day, the following day would be consecrated as the New Moon Day, since the month cannot have more then 30 days:
MISHNAH by Herbert Danby - ROSH HASHANA Page 192, Note 11
Of the New Year. After sunset on the night after the 29th of Elul they treated the coming day as a Festival-Day in case witnesses arrived the next day to report that the New Moon was visible the previous evening. If they did not come that day, the next day was made a Festival-Day, and the day before was counted as the 30th of Elul.
MISHNAH by Michael Rodkinson - ROSH HASHANA Chapter IV
Formerly they received evidence as to the appearance of the new moon the whole (of the thirtieth) day. Once the witnesses were delayed in coming, and they disturbed the songs of the Levites. They then ordained that evidence should only be received until (the time of) the afternoon service, and if witnesses came after that time both that and the following day were consecrated. After the destruction of the Temple, R. Johanan b. Zakkai ordained that evidence (as to the appearance) of the new moon should be received all day.
Yahweh's Laws tell us that Yahweh's Eyes are always on Palestine throughout the whole year, and that the Law and the Word of Yahweh goes forth from Jerusalem. Therefore, the observation location for sighting the Crescent New Moon is established in Palestine. The New Moon Day begins on the evening the Crescent Moon is sighted in Palestine, and as the earth rotates, the sunset moves westward around the world so that each country observes the same New Moon Day beginning at sunset:
Deuteronomy 11:11-12 (11) but the land which you are going over to possess is a land of hills and valleys, which drinks water by the rain from heaven, (12) a land which YHWH your God cares for; the eyes of YHWH your God are always upon it, from the beginning of the year to the end of the year.
Isaiah 2:3 and many peoples shall come, and say: "Come, let us go up to the mountain of YHWH, to the house of the God of Jacob; that he may teach us his ways and that we may walk in his paths. "For out of Zion shall go forth the law, and the word of YHWH from Jerusalem."
Micah 4:2 and many nations shall come, and say: "Come, let us go up to the mountain of YHWH, to the house of the God of Jacob; that he may teach us his ways and we may walk in his paths. "For out of Zion shall go forth the law, and the word of YHWH from Jerusalem."
Just before Yesu was crucified, he gave us an indication as to when the New Year and the month of Abib begins, to start the count to Passover:
John 11:9 Yesu answered, "Are there not twelve hours in the day?" If any one walks in the day, he does not stumble, because he sees the light of this world.
The day that has 12 Hours of Daylight and 12 Hours of Night in Jerusalem occurs on either March 16th or March 17th every year, according to the US Naval Observatory, and this is the true Vernal Equinox. In a Regular Year that has Twelve Months, the Crescent New Moon Day closest to March 16th or 17th (the Vernal Equinox) is usually the First Day of the First Month, as the barley is normally ripe by this time, Exodus 12:2 & Deuteronomy 16:1. When the Abib barley is not found by the end of the Twelfth Month, it will result in a Leap Year which has Thirteen Months, and the following month will be the Month of Abib and will begin the 14 Day count to Passover. The First Day of Unleavened Bread will normally fall After March 15th:
Exodus 12:2-3 (2) This month shall be unto you the beginning of months; it shall be the first month of the year to you. (3) Speak to all the congregation of Israel, saying: 'On the tenth day of this month every man shall take for himself a lamb, according to the house of his father, a lamb for a household.
Deuteronomy 16:1 Observe the month of Abib, and keep the passover unto YHWH thy God; for in the month of Abib, YHWH thy God brought thee forth out of Egypt by night.
The Mishnah was written between 70 CE and 200 CE, and the Gemara was written between 350 CE and 500 CE, and these writings are combined in one book called the Talmud. Rabbi Hillel II (330-365 CE) was one of the writers of the Gemara, and he changed the Crescent New Moon Calendar to a "Fixed Calendar," based a calculation method for determining the conjunction of the sun, moon, and earth, otherwise known as the "Hidden Moon" in the Gemara, or the Dark Moon. Rabbi Hillel did this so that the Jews in the diaspora would be able to keep the same calculated calendar, rather then observing the Crescent New Moon from different locations and keeping the New Moons and Holy Days on different dates.
Hillel's Fixed Hidden Moon Calendar was incorporated in the Gemara, and this completely changed Yahweh's commanded observances of the Crescent NewMoon Holy Days and the Annual Feast Holy Days. Rabbi Hillel had "No Authority" to change Yahweh's Law on observing the Crescent New Moon from Palestine, and for this reason Yahweh cut his life short and he died at about 35 years of age. The rabbis Only have authority to "Safeguard, Preserve and Teach Yahweh's Laws," Not To Change Them. The Jewish community and other religious groups continue to follow Hillel's Fixed Hidden Moon Calendar to the present day, (which sets the Dark Moon as the first day of the month), thereby keeping their own man-made feasts and traditions, and Not Yahweh's Commanded Holy Days. Additionally, the Dark Moon can last up to 3.5 days, and it would not have been possible for Moses to know which one of these 3.5 days was the First Day of the Month. The Book of Enoch also verifies that the Dark Moon is the End of the Month, not the beginning:
BOOK OF ENOCH, Chapter 78
(14) On the side whence the light of the moon comes forth, there again she wanes till all the Light Vanishes and All The Days Of The Month Are At An END, and her circumference is empty, void of light.
Below is one example from the Gemara that shows how the rabbis were introducing the dark moon or "hidden moon calendar" and the confusion about it. This example also shows how the third and fourth century rabbis were "full of themselves" to even think that Yahweh waits for them to consecrate His Holy Days:
GEMARA by Michael Rodkinson - ROSH HASHANAH Chapter I
"The first of Tishri is the New Year's Day for ordinary years." For what purpose is this rule? Answers R. Zera, to determine the equinoxes (and solstices); and this agrees with the opinion of R. Eliezer, who says that the world was created in Tishri; but R. Na'hman says (it is the new year) for divine judgment, as it is written [Deut. xi. 12]: "From the beginning of the year till the end of the year," i.e., at the beginning of the year it is determined what shall be at the end of the year. But whence do we know that this means Tishri? It is written [Psalms, lxxxi. 3]: "Blow on the new moon the cornet at the time when it (the new moon) is hidden on our solemn feast day." What feast is it on which the moon is hidden? We can only say Rosh Hashana (New Year's Day), and of this day it is written [ibid. v. 4]: "For it is a statute unto Israel, a judgment (day) for the God of Jacob."
The rabbis taught: "It is a statute unto Israel," whence we infer that the Heavenly Court of judgment does not enter into judgment until the Beth Din on earth proclaims the new moon.
The Holy Scriptures tell us that God is the "Father of Lights," and that He made Lights in the Sky to be Signs for the Seasons, Days, and Years, and that these "Lights are Witnesses." Isaiah also tells us that there will come a time when Yahweh will take away the Lights and the world will be dark and desolate:
James 1:17 Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of Lights, with whom can be No Variation, neither Shadow that is Cast by Turning.
Genesis 1:14 And God said, Let there be Lights in the expanse of the Sky to separate the day from the night, and let them serve as Signs to Mark Seasons and Days and Years,
Deuteronomy 31:28 Gather to me all the elders of your tribes, and your officers, that I may speak these words in their hearing and Call Heaven and Earth to Witness Against Them.
Psalm 50:4 He shall Summon the Heaven above, and the Earth, that He May Judge His People.
Psalm 89:37 And as the Moon forever fixed, and the Witness in Heaven is Faithful.
Psalm 104:19 He Appointed the Moon for Seasons: The Sun knows his time for Going Down.
Isaiah 13:9-10 (9) See, the day of YHWH is coming, a cruel day, with wrath and fierce anger, to make the land desolate and destroy the sinners within it. (10) The Stars of heaven and their Constellations will not show their Light. The Rising Sun will be darkened and the Moon will not give its Light.
Yesu the Messiah had this to say to those who have rejected the Laws and Commandments of Yahweh, in order to keep the doctrines and traditions of men:
Matthew 5:19 Whoever then relaxes one of the least of these commandments and teaches men so, shall be called least in the kingdom of heaven; but he who does them and teaches them shall be called great in the kingdom of heaven.
Matthew 15:6-9 (6) So, for the sake of your tradition, you have made void the word of God. (7) You hypocrites! Well did Isaiah prophesy of you, when he said: (8) "This people honors me with their lips, but their heart is far from me; (9) in vain do they worship me, teaching as doctrines the precepts of men."
Mark 7:6-9 (6) And he said to them, "Well did Isaiah prophesy of you hypocrites, as it is written, This people honors me with their lips, but their heart is far from me; (7) in vain do they worship me, teaching as doctrines the precepts of men. (8) You leave the commandment of God, and hold fast the tradition of men." (9) And he said to them, "You have a fine way of rejecting the commandment of God, in order to keep your tradition!"
Luke 6:46 Why do you call me "Lord, Lord," and not do what I tell you?
Now it is up to you to make the choice. Will you continue to follow the doctrines and traditions of the men who changed "Yahweh's Calendar," or will you follow Yesu the Messiah's example and Keep Yahweh's Feasts based on the observance of the Crescent New Moon, the way the Law was given to Moses?
My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge; because you have rejected knowledge, I reject you from being a "priest" to Me. And since you have forgotten the law of your God, I also will forget your children. Hosea 4:6
